About Me - Magida Ezzat
Hello, I’m Magida Ezzat - founder of The Attuned Woman and passionate advocate for women who are ready to stop moulding, stop hardening and finally lead the way we were meant to - as a woman not a man!
For too long, women have been taught to suppress their instincts, dull their power, and play nice in systems that were never designed for us. I’m here to dismantle that story—starting with the belief that you have to push harder, be tougher, or prove yourself endlessly in order to lead well.
You don’t.
My work is about guiding powerful women—CEOs, founders, directors and businesswomen back to the truth of who they are beneath all that conditioning. I help you reclaim your clarity, your presence, and your unapologetic feminine leadership style.
With over 15 years in business leadership, a Master’s in Marketing, and formal training in NLP, trauma and somatic therapy, breathwork and intuitive energetics - I’ve created a deeply embodied approach that weaves strategy with soul.
I work with women who are bold enough to question the status quo and brave enough to lead from their centre - not from what’s expected. This isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about potency, presence, and self-governed leadership that feels deeply real.

My Credentials - You are In Good Hands
My pathway to becoming an Attuned Woman involved 20 years of study and being a woman who is dedicated to her personal growth and development as a daily habit. In terms of my specific qualifications – I’ve spent 15 years in corporate, business, entrepreneurship and marketing (with a M. Marketing and B. Business Info Systems). I then became fascinated with the world of mindset and somatic practices and delved deeply into NLP, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed breathwork and embraced all forms of somatic and embodiment work. Beyond this, I have more recently honed my innate talents in energy and intuitive practices.
It is this entire symphony of knowledge that I bring into every space I hold.
