Meet Your Guide, Magida Ezzat - Founder of The Attuned Woman
Hello, I’m Magida, an advocate for women ending the cycles of generational programming and societal indoctrination so they can be the most confident, inspirational leader that cannot be ignored, overrided or questioned.
I've walked the talk after 15+ years in corporate executive roles, usually as the only women in the room.
At 26 years old I was the Head of Global Marketing for a software company, travelling the world and sitting in rooms with men 20 years my elder, being told to just shut up and do my job.
When I did speak up I was labelled 'too much, too harsh or too direct' - my staff would say I was intimidating, and behind my back they called me the wicked witch of the west!
At age 32 I had enough of wearing the 'bitch' mask and molding to the boys club rules and embarked on a personal growth journey to end this pattern of being misuderstood and mislabelled, not only for myself, but for every woman that would come after me.
Ten years later, I have built The Attuned Woman Movement and am passing on the wisdom and teachings that enabled me to become impossible to ignore, overrride or question - especially in a room full of men!

What are Magida's credentials?
Magida comes from a strong background in corporate, business and several mindset and healing modalities.
In terms of her specific qualifications – she has spent 15 years in corporate, business, entrepreneurship and marketing and holds a Masters in Marketing and Bachelor of Business Info Systems.
She is also certfified as a Master NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnosis Practitioner, Trauma-informed therapist, Sound Healer and Breathwork facilitator.
She is a dedicated life-long leaner who brings a holistic approach to everything she does.
I'm an introvert. Will I feel comfortable in a group setting?
Absolutely. The entire experience is designed to be a supportive, held space. We purposely keep the group intimate to foster deep connection. We also build in plenty of free time for you to decompress, rest, and integrate on your own terms.
Can I get this approved for my company's Professional Development budget?
Yes, many of our clients do. The program is designed with clear learning outcomes to improve emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team cohesion, and overall productivity. Our programs area also all tax deductable for both business owners and empolyees.
What are the dates of the next retreats?
The next retreats are November 7-10th 2025 (three spots left) and March 20-23rd 2026 (half sold out). One retreat per year is included in for Ultimate Membership clients. To secure your spot as an ultimate member you just need to give us at least 90 days notice and we will save your spot. Ultimate members have 12 months to redeem their retreat spot.
Is this tax deductable?
